Due to continued growth and expansion plans, we’re seeking a talented person to join our successful team in Sydney as a Training Consultant.
Naturally you’ll be the type of person who takes pride in their outstanding communication skills; comfortable training and presenting to small and large groups. Previous experience with software installation and implementation is preferred, but not essential.
As a valued member of our Sales team, you’ll work closely with the relevant account Managers and co-ordinate post-sales on site training sessions and remote web sessions to both existing and/or new clients in your territory. You’ll be responsible for nurturing our new clients and working as a team to maintain relationships with existing clients.
We’ll provide quality training and once you’re familiar with our product, you’ll be providing pre-implementation support, installation of the software, through to delivery of training to our clients on the BankLink Practice software range, as well as offering advice on how the broader BankLink service can be used to improve practice efficiency and profitability.
To ensure your success, you’ll be an organised and commercially savvy person, reasonably familiar with issues facing accounting practices and their SME’s. A keen communicator, you relate well to people at all levels of business - small, medium and large; city, suburban or regional. Comfortable with public speaking to small/medium groups and/or individuals, you’ll be IT literate, and some basic knowledge of systems such as MYOB, HandiSoft, Solution 6 or APS etc. is advantageous. You don’t necessarily need a technical background.

Flexibility to travel is essential as this is a key component of this role; mostly within New South Wales, infrequent trips to Western Australia and sometimes New Zealand.
