Practice Consultant - Brisbane, or
Workflow Consultant - Sydney or Melbourne - take your pick!

Love accounting but not the practice? Want to get out of that office? How about a role with a consulting and training flavour?  Enjoy working with people – seeking variety and opportunity to travel? Then this role's for you!

Our people are a big part of our success - that means we've got the perfect blend of career opportunity, growth, fun, a sophisticated and supportive team culture focused on delivering outstanding results, talented colleagues and satisfaction – we've got it all and we’d like to share it with you.

BankLink is the success story of the accounting industry – dynamic, innovative and on the move.  With a track record of success spanning over 20 years, we’re entering another growth phase with the expansion of our Australian subsidiary.  It’s due to this expansion that we’re looking for talented people to join our successful team.

Ideally, you'll have a background in or a working knowledge of public practice accounting. Naturally you'll be the type of person who takes pride in their outstanding communication skills, and be comfortable presenting to small and large groups. Previous experience with software installation and implementation is preferred, but not essential.

Working closely with Regional Managers and co-ordinating pre-sales meetings and remote web sessions to clients in your territory, you'll be responsible for nurturing and maintaining existing relationships and involved with new prospects.  We'll provide you with quality product training and once you're comfortable with your product knowledge, you'll be providing pre-implementation support, implementation, assistance with data integration, through to delivery of training to our clients on the BankLink software range. In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to offer sound advice on how the broader BankLink service can be used to improve practice efficiency and profitability.

To ensure your success, you'll be an organised and commercially savvy person, reasonably familiar with issues facing accounting practices and their SMEs.  A keen communicator, you relate well to people at all levels of business - small, medium and large; city, suburb or regional.  Comfortable with public speaking to small/medium groups and/or individuals; you’ll be IT literate, with some basic knowledge of systems such as MYOB, HandiSoft, Solution 6 or APS an advantage.  You don’t necessarily need a technical background as we’ll provide you with all the training you need.

A generous remuneration package will be negotiated for the right candidate inclusive of a car allowance, mobile, laptop and Qantas Club membership.  Flexibility to travel mostly within Australia, and sometimes New Zealand is required.  A current driver's licence and vehicle are also essential.

If you believe you have the above qualities, we’d like to hear from you. Please register your interest in confidence by sending your CV to jobs@banklink.com.au, or contact the Human Resources Manager, Jo Marmont on Freephone 1800 123 242.
