There are a range of BankLink Training Services tailored to suit the different needs of accounting practices.

BankLink Certification Programme

Ensure you stand out from the crowd by being recognised as a BankLink Certified Specialist for your expertise and knowledge in using BankLink.

Successful completion of this programme is rewarded with one of the two levels of certification available:

• BankLink Gold Certified Specialist – Achieved through being trained and tested on using BankLink Practice to perform advanced coding and reporting options for SMEs and SMSFs 
• BankLink Platinum Certified Specialist – Achieved through first completing Gold Certification and then being trained and tested on using BankLink communication and business tools including Books, Notes, InvoicePlus and PayablesPlus

Onsite Training

Based on our joint review of your practice’s needs, we will develop a tailored training programme that meets your requirements. The programme is delivered onsite in your practice by a BankLink Training Consultant. 

Training Clinics

Training Clinics are classroom-style training sessions in groups of up to 15 participants. The sessions are hands-on and conducted in computer labs, creating a positive learning environment. These sessions are topic based and an ideal way to receive training in specific areas.

Group Web-based Tutorials

Get more help by watching our web-based tutorials. These sessions are run on a regular basis and allow your practice to login via our website for tuition on key time-saving features available in the BankLink software.

1-on-1 Web-based Tutorials

BankLink’s web-based sessions are designed for training on specific topics. They are a quick and efficient way to get up-to-speed in areas of the software that you may not be utilising. Web-based tutorials are an ideal way to delivering training when and where suits you best.
