BankLink Notes

BankLink Notes is an electronic version of the Coding Report, and very easy to use. It's ideal for clients who have computers with email access, but don't wish to spend much time on their own accounts.

How does BankLink Notes work?

Your client installs the BankLink Notes software on their computer
You send BankLink Notes files directly from BankLink Practice to your client as an email attachment
Your client sees their bank statement transactions in a screen similar to the one you see in BankLink Practice

Your client can add a combination of notes, Chart of Accounts codes or Payees (or a combination of all three) electronically and when complete they can return it to you via email
You import the information directly back into the client file in BankLink Practice adding Notes, Chart of Accounts codes or Payees against each transaction
There is no need to manually enter anything they have written and you have a permanent record in BankLink Practice of what your client has told you
