The BankLink Practice help file is your electronic manual. It's also available as a series of Adobe (PDF) documents. In addition, we have produced a series of Information Sheets. The administration chapters tell you how to download client data, create new client files and set up your staff members as new users. They are normally used by the System Administrator, i.e. the person responsible for the implementation of BankLink at your practice.
